Bowler is the result of years spent in hospitality, bringing together professional chefs, culinary technique, and a whole lot of care. This isn’t just a mix of greens with a few toppings. Each bowl is unique, curated, thought out and layered with bold flavours and nutrient-dense ingredients.


We’re not ones for cutting corners (or buying pre-cut for that matter), we’re using the best local proteins and produce - So you know from our greens mix and proteins to our sauces and crunches, everything is made fresh in-house, every single day.

We’re Patrick and Charles, albeit a bit older now, co-founders of Bowler.



So yeah, we’re all about salad bowls and seems like we have been since day one round the dining table. Now it’s what we do best.
